Happy Labor Day (& all that jazz)

1st things 1st:
A belated "Good Luck!" w/ the new school year--
not that you'll need it! :)
2nd things 2nd
(but of equal importance, @ least in my book)
our 1st TEEN TALKS / Teen Group mtg is on the horizon!
Please feel free to join me WED 9/18 @ 4:30 PM for
tantalizing chatter & moderately appetizing snacks!
(how's that for an endorsement?!?!).
There will also be NEW books!!!
A few I myself have read lately...
Jumping Off Swings by Jo Knowles
(a well done & rather raw look at teen pregnancy)
Poster Boy by Dede Crane
(arrogant & sometimes annoying narrator,
but a beautiful ending guaranteed to make ya cry)
Three Witches by Paula Jolin
(Intrigued by seance? Like to learn about other cultures?
This one's for you!)
The Sweetheart of Prosper County by Jill J. Alexander
(chick lit to the core--right down to its pink cover--
& delightfully rightfully so!)
Tonight, however, it's finally time to Catch a little Fire
and I cannot wait...

Facebook

So guess who finally has a Facebook page? We do!
Search for the Sun Prairie Public Library on Facebook and become a fan of the library. There's info on our page about all of the stuff happening at the library - including the teen stuff - so this should be another good way to keep track of what's happening here.
Become a fan and show your favorite library (and librarians!) some love. :)
