Brain Melt

I don't know about you, but summer's making me a little, ummm.
lazy. Still reading up a storm, but @ a much more leisurely pace --
and not bothering to Blog 'bout it very much!
So,...
("sorry!" +)
Library "Lady's" Bookshelf
(or what of it I can remember)
Currently Reading:
The Grimm Legacy by Polly Shulman
**Wasn't sure what I'd think of this 1 (not a fantasy girl)
but a fantasy library??? Call it a librarian fantasy! :)
Recent Reads:
Siren by Tricia Rayburn
(in a word: fun)
Bruiser by Neal Shusterman
(intriguing, but could've been better)
Tell Me a Secret by Holly Cupala
(irritatingly compelling)
Kyle's Island by Sally Derby
(cute / bland)
Nomansland by Leslie Hauge
(Blah, blah, blah...major disappointment)
Patiently Waiting 2 B Read
Blindsided by Patricia Cummings
Bamboo People by Mitali Perkins
She Thief by Daniel Finn
Take Me There by Carolee Dean
Crossing the Tracks by Barbara Stuber
The Poison Diaries by Maryrose Wood
Choppy Sock Blues by Ed Briant

Remember Me

Wonders Never Cease!
Not only did I watch an WHOLE dvd last weekend
(as opposed to just the previews)
I had an unexpected surprise...
Robert Pattinson
(yes, Robert Pattinson, aka: Edward)
can honestly act when not confined to the
ridiculousness of Mr. Ed.
Movies called Remember Me,
& it's pretty darn good!
I cried (twice!)
So, Check it out!
On that note, I also recommend u take a peak @
the lastest Christopher Pike reissue,
Remember Me
T'was 1 of my faves way, way
back in the day when I was your age...

Yo, Yo, Miss A.B.

There's a book on my desk that looks a lil' fishy...
and it's got YOUR name written all over it! :)
And, should we pass like 2 ships in the night,
You Go, Writer Girl!
Have a rockin' time @ your summer intensive,
& be ready to dish when you finally get back!

Tickle Me Funny Bone! Please???

Greetings & Salutations my fellow Earthlings!
(i'm downright stoked to cheese
for this here long holiday weekend...).
And, I won't lie: I've got more than plenty to read!
A few I can't wait to tear into...
Bruiser by Neal Shusterman
She Thief by Daniel Finn
Nomansland by Lesley Hauge
Tell Me a Secret by Holly Cupala
Sources of Light by Margaret McMullan
The Secret to Lying by Todd Mitchell
Glimpse by Carol Williams Lynch
All of which look pretty awesome if I do say so myself
('course, looks sure can be decieving!).
Not 1 of the above, however, is particularly light.
So, I need a funny title (or 2)
Lest I get 2 feelin' blue.
Ideas???
THANK U in advance, &
and Thanks for coming to Henna!!!!
I had fun--hope y'all did too!
